Staff are Key in Quality Service

Meet Schuyler Schultz, a dedicated employee who is celebrating his one year work anniversary with Crossroads Industrial Services this month.

Schuyler was hired to work in our silkscreen operation where he quickly learned many of the nuances of this difficult operation. He also has worked extensively within the Ultimate Software area which utilizes some of his computer training background.

Schuyler is a graduate of Herron High School in Indianapolis and has also attended Ivy Tech for some IT-related classes. In his spare time, Schuyler likes to follow IndyCar racing and enjoys playing video games too. He is a diehard Colts fan that loves to talk about all things related to the team.

According to Schuyler, Crossroads Industrial Services is a good fit for him employment-wise and he really enjoys his fellow employees that he has come to know through work. Schuyler is attentive to detail and he possesses the unique set of skills necessary to fulfill the needs of Ultimate Software.

Due to our willingness to stretch our capacity and our desire to extend our evolving partnership with Ultimate Software, Crossroads has expanded our capabilities on the production floor. We are proud to have become a critical, trusted provider of a key piece in Ultimate Software’s UltiPro offerings.
